      Setting recording preferences for your Project

      When creating your Project, you can now set recording preferences for your content.

      By setting your filming preferences, you help develop a clear brief for your Contributors and get the content you’re looking for.

       

      1. Orientation: landscape or portrait
      • We suggest filming in portrait for content going out on platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, and for any else, try filming in the landscape as it is easiest to edit when all uploads are in the same format.
      2. Max length per clip: Any, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes
      • We suggest keeping clips to under 1 minute for each scene - this time limit can help contributors remain focused on the scene prompt.
      3. Upload Deadline: a date is selected from the calendar
      • We suggest short deadlines to help maintain momentum for filming, uploading and reshooting.
