      Quick Edits: Audio playback troubleshooting

      Are you having issues playing back audio tracks in your Quick Editor? Follow the below steps for a quick fix.

      Browser affected: 

      • Safari

      Devices affected: 

      • Macbook 

      To fix:  

      Change Websites preferences in Safari on Mac. 
      To change these preferences, open Safari > Preferences, then click Websites.
       
      1. Allow All Auto-Play: All videos on the site can autoplay.
      2. Stop Media with Sound: Only videos that don’t have audio will autoplay.
      3. Never Auto-Play: No videos can autoplay.
