How long does it take for uploaded media to appear in the studio?

Once a contributor has followed the necessary steps of uploading a clip or image, which are -

1. Recording a clip or choosing a file
2. Ticking the checkbox agreeing to the terms
3. Clicking the upload securely button (if logged in, this is the final step)
4. If not logged in, then sign up, log in or use social sign on

then the file should appear instantly within your studio.

If you cannot see an upload, check with your contributor that they have followed the necessary steps to upload.
